- Is signing up free?
- Yes. Signing up on fileserved.net is free and requires only a valid email address. We strive to bring you a quality service, free of hidden fees.
- How do I signup for an account?

- You can retrieve your lost password on the password recovery page.
- How do I cancel my account?
- As much as we hate to see you go, you can cancel your account by accessing your profile page, and choosing 'Cancel Account' from the side menu.

Bug/Error Questions
- How do I report a bug?
- You can report bugs on the fileserved.net site on the contact page.
- Do you maintain an up-to-date bug list?
- Yes. It is available here.
- Why do bugs occur?
- Bugs can occur for many reasons, ranging from code errors to browser incompatibility. Not to worry though, as we regulary fix bugs reported to us on a daily basis.
File Questions
- What types of files can I upload?
- Currently you can only upload pictures files consisting of the extensions: jpg/jpeg, gif and png. There are upcoming plans for more file types, so please bare with us as we work on this new feature.
- How many files can I upload altogether?
- Currently you can upload a maximum of 25 files to your profile. This may be increased later on as our community grows.
- What is the maximum file size per upload?
- There is currently no cap on the file limit of uploads, however it may be necessary as our community grows to inpose a cap. Ofcourse, if this happens, you will be informed as the cap is impossed.
Feature Questions
- What features does fileserved.net have?
- fileserved.net has many features, we allow you to upload various types of files and create albums of those files for others to see. Features such as profiles and friends are also available plus much much more.
- Are there going to be any additional features added?
- fileserved.net is continuually adding new features to the site, ones which we hope you will enjoy using just as much as we did making them.
- When will they be released?
- The features are normally released sparodically, and not at any determined date, when a major update is made to the sites features you will normally be informed through an email or the site news.
- What are you future plans for fileserved.net?
- We here at fileserved.net have many plans for the site in the future. We plan on making significant upgrade sto both the services, and hosting to enable a much richer experience to all of your members.
